PRP Diagnostic Imaging offers a comprehensive range of imaging services, through a network of 32 practices across Sydney, Illawarra, Central Coast and the Hunter and Central West. We are excited to be entering the next phase of our growth and expansion plans, with additional practices opening in 2024. Our new Zetland practice is a comprehensive imaging facility, including MRI and Nuclear Medicine. We have a dedicated Radiologist on site every day and the latest brand-new technology including Phillips, GE and Canon Ultrasound, Siemens and GE MRIs. We encourage collaboration, a strong work ethic and provide a supportive learning environment. We have an outstanding track record in the professional development of our team.
About the Position
Our East Sydney practices offer a wide range of radiography services including BMD, Cardiac, CT including low dose, Mammography, MRI, and X-Ray. You will be responsible for producing high quality images to enable the composition of reports to assist in the medical assessment of a patient. You will provide an excellent service to our patients in accordance with our values. You will assist in the development of skills of our team and be rewarded for identifying opportunities to improve the operation of the business. You will liaise with the Senior Technical staff in relation to Radiography protocols.
About You
You must have a reputation for performing high quality Radiography examinations independently whilst providing exceptional patient care. You must have the ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff and other medical and non-medical personnel verbally and in writing. You must have:
- a Degree in Applied Science (Medical Radiation Science) - or equivalent
- Experience in all general Radiography procedures, CT, BMD is essential. Mammography and MRI experience desired but not compulsory
- Current unconditional AHPRA registration
- Current NSW EPA Licence and Working with Children Check
