- Work at heights on rail-connected 1500V overhead wiring, without supervision of an Authorised Overhead Traction Worker, Accredited OHW Rigger, Accredited OHW Installer, or Accredited OHW Worker; and
- Work to the Safe Approach Distances (SADs) specified for "Accredited Persons" in Table 1 of SMS-06-GD-0268 Working around Electrical Equipment when in compliance with clause 5.4.3 of the same document, in relation to DC nominal voltages only.
- Quantify, control, receipt and issue of materials required for the timely completion of projects
- Transport tools, materials and work pieces to and from sites or workbenches
- Trade qualified Rail Traction Linesman Both AC & DC Experience
- Ability to read complex drawings and interpret requirements.
- Relevant Construction Card (e.g. White Card)
- Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card
- Driver’s License
- Tickets and Licenses: EWP, First Aid, RIW, Dogman, Rigger
- Capable of obtaining qualifications to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Demonstrated experience in key responsibilities and accountabilities of the role
