POSITION OVERVIEW
Hudson Jones is on the lookout for an experienced Rail Industry Trainer and Assessor's across New South Wales & Queensland. The role involves facilitating a variety of rail infrastructure safety training and induction courses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitating Cert II and Cert III Rail inductions, rail operations, and various related short courses.
- Evaluate the skills, knowledge, and abilities of trainees through various assessment methods, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and assessment tools, to ensure they align with current regulations and best practices.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, changes in regulations, and emerging trends in rail infrastructure to ensure training materials and methods remain current and effective.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, assessments, and trainees progress to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational standards.
- Minimum 5 years recent experience in Rail operations, rail infrastructure training, or relevant work on the Rail Network.
- Cert II or III in Rail Infrastructure
- Hold a current driver's license with your own reliable transport.
- Hold Cert IV Training & Assessment
- Proficient with computers and technology.
- Ability to work autonomously when required
