It’s a really exciting time at Cat5 Rail in QLD as we are growing and expanding across the state. We have multiple opportunities to join our dynamic team. We are seeking candidates with the below experience in their relative fields for ongoing works and shutdowns across the state:

• Trackwork and labouring
• Turnout construction & level crossing installation
• Stressing and destressing
• Track Construction
• Recons
• General Rail labourers for Clipping & unclipping
• Welding and grinding
• Re-railing experience
• Skilled Plant Operators
• TVO Hi- Rail Operators (EWP, Excavators)
• HC,HR Truck Drivers
• AP recipient Holders (QR Approved)

It will be beneficial for applicants to hold the following qualification and tickets:

• White card
• QR Welding Qual
• National Welding tickets
• Track Certifier
• RIW card (Rail industry worker profile)
• Cert2 in rail
• QR SARC
• QR WET
• QR Fatigue management
• CAT3 rail medical

About you

• Recent experience in a manual handling or physical labouring type role
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to safety
• Must have capacity to travel and work within Regional Queensland
• Must have the flexibility to work some overtime and weekends when required
