Suitable candidates will be required to deliver a range of aircraft ramp services including baggage handling based at the Sydney International Airport on a Permanent Part Time basis (Min 24 Hours per week on average).
What you'll be doing
A range of different basement and ramp duties including but not limited to:
- Lightning-fast safety-focused luggage transfers
- Transportation of important cargo including Dangerous Goods
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment at all times.
- Working around a variety of different aircraft
- Safely operate heavy Ground Services Equipment
- Reading and executing load plans.
- Working as part of a team as well as autonomously, within a fast-paced environment meeting critical deadlines.
- Working up, should you hold relevant experience
- Currently holding a NSW driver's license (provisional and above).
- Proof of Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- An ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
- Ability to lift up to 32kg repetitively.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- You are well presented with outstanding communication skills.
- Happy to work in all weather conditions.
- Have experience or flexibility to work on a 7-day rotational shift roster as per flight schedules.
