Job Description: We are currently seeking a Range Concierge to join our team on a part-time contract basis. As a Range Concierge, you will be the face of Golf Park, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every visitor has a memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly as they arrive and assist them with setting up at their bay.
- Provide guidance on how to use the TopTracer technology and recommend game modes and training exercises.
- Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments accurately.
- Keep the driving range area clean and organized, including picking up golf balls and maintaining equipment.
- Assist with promotional events and special activities, such as tournaments and demo days.
- Monitor customer safety and enforce range rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or recreational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
