About the Role:

In this position, you will be a part of the Recruitment Service team that delivers accurate and reliable quotation of rates, award interpretation services and other administration duties. You'll be instrumental in supporting various aspects of our operations, including Temporary and Permanent Recruitment, as well as Apprenticeship and Traineeship services. Your proficiency in organising, managing, and prioritising tasks guarantees a high-quality service.

Key Requirements 

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to learn / retain specialist information.
  • Dedication to team performance

Desirable Attributes:

  • Understanding of and ability to interpret awards/agreements.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry
  • Administration background

About you

You enjoy researching documentation to ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards.  You are known for your high attention to detail and enjoy collaborating and contributing to team goals. You work well in a culture where people are valued and respected for their role and input into team performance

Must haves include:

  • High Attention to detail
  • Professional outlook
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to learn / retain specialist information.
  • Dedicated to contributing to overall team performance.
  • Ability to organise, manage and prioritise tasks to ensure that tasks are completed satisfactorily and in a timely manner,
  • Excellent communication skills

Other desirable attributes include:

  • Understanding of and ability to interpret awards/agreements.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry
  • Administration background (ideally in a HR field)

This is a Full-Time position, however for the right candidate flexibility of Part time hours will be considered.
