As a Real Estate Finance Manager, you'll be entrusted with crucial financial responsibilities within an experienced Property Management team, all while soaking up the laid-back beach lifestyle and engaging cosmopolitan culture that only the Gold Coast can offer. Your responsibilities will include: ensuring accurate maintenance and reconciliation of trust accounts in compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
handling accounts receivable tasks, such as detailed monthly rental invoicing and meticulous reconciliation of rental outgoings for each lease. engaging with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders to uphold financial compliance and address any queries or issues. managing end-of-month trust processes and fulfilling all associated requirements meticulously.
producing and dispatching comprehensive financial reports and relevant correspondences. administering approved annual budgets and conducting tenant financial reconciliations as needed. liaising with legal professionals on leasing documentation and maintaining current lease status reports.
To thrive in this role, you'll need: demonstrated experience as a Finance Manager within the Real Estate industry, showcasing a track record of financial acumen. strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and relevant legal frameworks. previous roles indicating stability, particularly in Real Estate Finance or related fields.
experience in trust accounting and property management is highly regarded. exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to time management. excellent communication abilities and a collaborative nature, essential for team integration and external liaison.
