Your role:
As a Senior Associate in our client’s Real Estate team, you will handle complex and exciting transactions for major owners and developers, investment funds, fund managers, and owners of airports and hotels. This includes capital transactions, complex leasing, development projects, project management, and transaction structuring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage capital transactions involving acquisitions and disposals of development sites and built commercial, industrial, and retail assets
- Oversee major property developments and projects
- Negotiate complex leases, including build-to-spec agreements and asset repositioning projects
- Handle cross-border transactions with global clients
- Participate in the group's business development activities
