Our client is a significant Real Estate team in the Brisbane market. All up there are three Partners and you will gain exposure to some of the most complex and interesting transactions in the market.The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work with a large and diverse client base, including public and private blue-chip companies, global tourism companies, and government organisations. The role will involve providing advice to clients across the following matters:
- Subdivisions and Property Development.
- Acquisitions and disposals of assets of all types of property classes, including commercial, retail, industrial, residential and hotels.
- Sale and leaseback transactions.
- Due diligence investigations.
- Leasing and other transactions.
- Related commercial and property advice.
Our client has Senior Lawyers to support your training & development on the job, and through the structured learning and development programs offered internally, there is significant opportunity for on-going professional development for you to accelerate your career.
Other benefits will see the successful candidate participate in the firm's annual bonus structure and paid parental leave is on offer. The salary band is $90,000 to $135,000 plus superannuation plus bonus.
