AddressKilmore Dental & Specialist Centre is looking for a friendly, motivated and well organised Receptionist to join our professional team. As we continue to grow so does our need for exceptional team members. We are a 7 chair dental practice with visiting specialists, so there is lots of opportunity for career growth and advancement.
About The Role
- Greeting and welcoming patients, answering phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments, checking, processing & managing customer accounts.
- General administration including emailing, invoicing and processing payments using EFTPOS & HICAPs, completing end of day banking procedures.
About You
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal & customer service skills.
- Reception Experience
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Excellent at multi-tasking and time management
- A willingness to work as part of a team
- A willingness to learn & grow with the practice.
