I started as a Sales Cadet with JKL in January 23. I probably knocked on your door and asked if you wanted a copy of our latest market report. Those first few months felt like I genuinely walked every street in Forster.
Anyway, enough of that.
A few months back, our boss, Dan, promoted me to Sales Associate because he thinks I'm an absolute Gun!

Now, here's the fun part for you.

As part of my Promo, I need to find someone to fill my (not-so-old) shoes…..24 is still young, right?

You'll be working in Forster's Number 1 independent Real Estate agency alongside some of the best agents in the area, supported by leaders and trainers who are all industry-recognised in their respective fields.

• You will have a clear and structured training pathway program that teaches you everything you need to know to build a successful career in Real Estate Sales.
   
• You will learn about selling Real Estate the right way, with just the right mix of old-school and new-school.
   
• You don't need experience. Just bring your passion, enthusiasm, and maybe a good coffee order.
  (Kidding! But seriously, coffee is life I was once a barista.)
   
• You need to be ready to do the hard yards, initially working full time 6 days a week, earning a base salary + bonuses, while you build your skills and learn.
   
• You will be a team player that aligns with our team culture and old-fashioned family values. There are no us and them or silo's in our sales team. We believe success is a team sport.
