About the positions:
This position is for a full-time sales consultant. You will be required to generate business and manage sales in a dedicated area. This role has the potential for you to further your career to a Sales Manager Role.
Specific duties:
- Lead generations
- Phone/ Door prospecting
- Manage and negotiate sales process
- Conducting open homes, property inspections, market reviews
- Buyer inquiry and negotiation
Must have’s:
- Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
- MUST HAVE a Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or be willing to obtain)
- Sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Pride in your Personal Presentation
- Always Punctual
- Strong work ethic, willing to learn and be a part of our team
- Positive Attitude with outgoing and motivated personality
- The ability to create rapport with clients and follow up
