Commercial Real Estate and Projects Salesperson

About the prospective candidate:

  • You have a Class 2 Real Estate license or are enrolled in a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
  • Can be a successful residential sales agent looking to transition into Commercial Real Estate sales or;
  • Already in Commercial Real Estate, looking for a change and a higher earning potential 
  • You have an innate ability to lead  and influence others 
  • Focused on personal and professional growth 
  • Ability to accept responsibility and accountability for your own results and progression 
  • Must have the ability to work independently and the ability to build your own database of clients 
  • Must have high levels of emotional intelligence and a sense of urgency 
  • Ability to remain positive when interacting with others, internal or external stakeholders 
  • Proactive in your approach and your communication with your clients 
  • You are self-driven, outcome motivated and focus your time and energy on the set goals 
  • You have a high degree of resilience and persistence and can demonstrate a consistent and constant effort 
  • Your interpersonal skills are highly developed, enabling you to be adaptable in your approach 
  • You have the ability to network and build strong relationships with a variety of clients 
  • You are not afraid of a challenge! 
  • You have a valid Driver’s License and are willing to provide proof of working rights and undertake a police check 
  • You are willing to undertake a personality profile assessment
