Specific Duties
- Liaise with clients regarding the pre and post-sale activity of properties
- Database prospecting - cold and warm leads
- Conduct property inspections and open homes
- Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process
Must have’s
- Positive can-do attitude that gets things done
- Experience working in Real Estate essential
- Exceptional time management skills; and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work with a team & autonomously
- Great communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- MUST HAVE a Real Estate Licence + current CPD Points
- A commitment to establishing a stable career
