We strive to continually improve our equipment from site feedback, and we have a strong pipeline of work that focuses on out-loading with multiple new rail loading facilities and expansions of our existing receival sites.Our core purpose is to sustainably create and return value to current and future West Australian grain growers.Empowering our peopleCBH is more than just a place of work, it's a community of people who are passionate and committed to our core purpose.We are an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing a safe and rewarding working environment for our people, with a strong culture of developing and enhancing our employees' capabilities.We invite you to use your skills and expertise to make your mark to help CBH sustainably create and return value for grain growers in Western Australia.The RoleWe are seeking motivated and safety conscious individuals to join our team as Receival Point Operators (RPO) on a permanent, full-time basis.This frontline role plays a major part in our supply chain working with Growers, Contractors and Team members to sustainably create and return value to Growers.This role requires movement between the Receival sites in Area 5 which includes Wongan Hills, Wubin, McLevie (Dalwallinu), Pithara, Ballidu, Kondut, Yerecoin and Konnogorring.You may be located in any of these towns or willing to relocate to apply for this vacancy.Responsibilities include:Operate plant and equipment to move and store bulk grain.Safely receiving, storing, and out-loading grain.Sampling and assessing the grain including identifying contaminated grain.Maintaining the condition of grain within the storage system through hygiene activities.Operating and maintaining equipment in a safe and hygienic manner.Rosters & Accomdation:The roster is current Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work (voluntary).There is the potential for flexible lifestyle roster options which will be discussed with applicants during the interview process.Donga-style accommodation is available if required but preferably applicants will live in one of the above-mentioned towns.About You:Hold an unrestricted and valid driver's licence (HR class advantageous).Have own reliable vehicle.Exhibit a strong dedication to working safely.Be deemed physically fit in accordance with the CBH operational worker pre-employment medical.Be able to work at heights, in confined spaces and in areas with a high grain dust concentration.Possess basic computer skills.Be able to work in a team environment and communicate well with peers.Live or be willing to relocate to a location in close proximity to one of the above sites.Location - Wongan Hills RegionSituated only 2.5 hours from Perth and central to the wildflower trail and endless nature walks, Wongan Hills provides a great community to soak in all the wheatbelt has to offer.
