Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage goods receipt and Despatch process, including allocation of stock to relevant sales channel (Retail, B2C, B2B)
- Pick and Pack of customer orders
- Liaise with suppliers relating to stock discrepancies and returns
- Control warehouse stock placement, volumes and replenishment
- Ongoing monitoring of stock levels (cycle counts) and management of value-add suppliers (embroidery / print etc)
- Face-to-face customer selling to support in-store staff as required
- Use of Point of Sale (POS) and warehouse management system
- Take ownership of tasks and confidently follow through to achieve positive outcomes
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Be willing to support other areas of the business as the need arises
- Keep the customer as the focus in every action you take
Qualifications & Experience:
- Two years in a similar role, ideally in the apparel sector
- Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a small team
- Demonstrated stock management knowledge
- Competent computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Personable, well presented and well spoken
- Experience in the retail sector preferred
