A reputable retail company, with a commitment to excellence are seeking a professional & experienced Reception & Administration Assistant for their head office. They offer a fantastic working environment with a supportive culture and a focus on teamwork.
The Role
As a Reception & Administration Assistant, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Meeting and greeting walk-in's, providing a friendly welcome
- Efficiently handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department,
- Supporting the finance/sales team with administrative duties
- Office management - ordering office supplies, arranging meeting rooms, co-ordinating events
- General administrative support & adhoc duties as required
- Location: Waterloo - a short walk from the station
- Salary: $60-65K + Superannuation ( depending on experience)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am- 5pm
In order to be successful for the role, you must have the following:
- Previous Reception & Administration experience within a professional working environment
- Intermediate administration skills - typing, Word & Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fantastic attention to detail & an ability to meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage competing priorities
