Reporting to the General Manager you will;
- Provide exceptional service to customers via phone, email and in person, making sure each person has a positive experience.
- Meeting customers on-site, directing them around the showroom and offering refreshments, making tea and coffee.
- Providing administration support to the wider business and sales team.
For this role you will need;
- Previous experience in a service-based role, providing high-end support to customers.
- Luxury based background would be preferred but not essential
- Immaculate communication skills, and the ability to deal with conflict.
- Mandarin speaking would be preferred but not essential.
- An exceptional eye for detail as their products are world-class standard
- This is a temporary to permanent opportunity offering up to $36ph + super. You must have the ability to work on a permanent basis, therefore working holiday visa's will not be considered due to working restrictions.
