Concierge Reception Clerk Nights - 24 Hours Per Week

Basic Functions

As Night concierge, you will be responsible for greeting guests, welcoming them to your building, assisting them will all enquiries and general administration duties.

Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Decision Making Authority:

-           Assisting all tenants and visitors with all their enquiries;

-           Providing tenants and visitors with directions and recommendations to services within area of your designated buildings surroundings;

-           Ensuring security by restricting/prohibiting unauthorised persons entering the lift lobby, car park or any other restricted area of designated building;

-           Arranging with all forms of access to authorised persons’ in relation to entering car park, restricted levels through to front foyer and lift lobbies;

-           Collection and safe keeping of all delivery items, mail, couriers, packages, keys, dry cleaning etc on behalf of tenants;

-           Holding keys on the request of tenants for temporary Enforcement of By-Laws access of authorised maintenance contractors and for security purposes;

-           Monitoring of CCTV cameras covering car park, garage door, foyer and surrounding areas, gym as well as external parts of the building and reporting any issues to Building Management;

-           Monitoring and responding to calls made to concierge front desk phone and internal intercom;

-           Booking service calls for allocated jobs such as lifts, light fixings, gym equipment, etc;

-           To provide a friendly, approachable team member;

-           General administration duties.

Occupational Health & Safety, QualityAssurance and Environmental Systems

You are expected to confirm to all occupation health, safety, quality assurance and environmental systems rules, policies and procedures and maintain a ‘safety first’ approach at all times.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

-           NSW Police Check

-           Organised, thorough, systems orientated with attention to detail

-           Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-           Excellent levels of computer literacy and touch-typing skills

-           The ability to create a positive, everlasting impression with the most professional, courteous and expedient manner and to continually strive for superior client service

-           Work well under pressure and able to work independently.

-           Desirable but not essential:

-           Experience in a similar Industry
