Located in Double Bay, we offer an energetic, dynamic work environment involving various aspects of real estate – residential, commercial, project sales and property management.
Role Overview:
As a Receptionist & Sales Administrator, your daily responsibilities will be diverse and engaging. Your key tasks will include, but are not limited to:
+ Managing the front desk, including answering and directing calls
+ Warmly welcoming and assisting clients
+ Ensuring office organisation and tidiness
+ Managing office supplies and equipment maintenance
+ Facilitating banking and postage as required
+ Preparing property submissions & agency agreements
+ Managing exchanges and settlements
+ Database management
+ Weekly project reporting
+ Performing general administration duties
+ Diary & meeting rooms management
+ Assisting with various ad hoc tasks, including property marketing support
