- The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Actively support and contribute to the Catholic identity and Josephite tradition of St Joseph's School Port Lincoln.
- Demonstrate an understanding of contemporary pedagogy with an emphasis on student agency, and the use of formative assessment.
- Design inclusive learning programs where data informs practice and the curriculum is accessible for all students.
- Use a variety of assessment and reporting strategies to inform learners, parents and carers of learning progress.
- Create a positive culture for student wellbeing through building strong relationships with students, colleagues and families.
- Demonstrate commitment to ongoing development as a learner and as a reflective practitioner.
