Duties:
- Meet and greet customers
- Assist customers accordingly – over the phone, in person, via e-mail
- Answer phones promptly
- Distribute messages
- Following up on assessments and required paperwork
- Adjusting quotes
- Sending quotes to insurance companies, assessors and private clients
- Assist client in lodging & monitoring claims
- Assist with debtors – private & insurance repairs, towing and holding yard
- Charging out of all towing invoices
- Process Banking
- Eftpos & Amex reconciliations
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Great attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Professional presentation
- Customer service orientation
- Have a strong work ethic and dedication to work
- Strong organisational skills
- Motivation and enthusiasm
- Desire to achieve
- Unrestricted driver's licence
