No one does Asset Finance sales quite like Stratton Finance, and we are looking for self-driven and motivated Sales professionals to kick-start a career as an Asset Broker. In return, we will recognise your contributions with a competitive, uncapped commission structure on top of your salary. As a Finance Consultant with Stratton Finance, you will build on your superstar sales skills to deliver Asset Finance options to our customers across Australia, supported by an extensive panel of lenders and the best industry training and support. - Your first month will include in-depth training, learning all about Asset Finance Brokering, our lending panel, and the Stratton way
- In your first six months, you will continue to grow your knowledge and develop your sales whilst activity servicing new enquiries through outbound phone call activity
- In your 12 months, you’ll continue to learn from a team of experienced brokers and grow your repeat customer base whilst building skills in our In-house Sales Development programs
- After 12 months, you become an experienced broker, managing repeat and referral customers as a product and sales expert.
- We will continue to grow your career with structured career pathways – become a Senior Finance Consultant, Team Leader or more!
