Our data entry/receptionist has decided to move on and we are looking for a superstar to replace her! If you like working in a busy environment, wrangling delivery drivers and our sales and production team members whilst providing top notch customer service and remaining calm under pressure then we are looking for you to join our team.
This is a casual part time role of 20-25 hours (Monday to Friday) with flexibility to work additional hours to cover staff annual leave as required.

We are located in Camden Park (SA) and provide meat throughout the state and the Northern Territory. As one of the largest South Australian providers of meat products, mybutcher has exciting growth plans and is expanding into new markets with new products

Responsibilities
As our data entry/receptionist you will provide administrative support which includes:
- Taking incoming calls and dealing with initial enquiries
- Prioritising invoice entry to ensure that our delivery drivers are on their way as soon as possible.
- Entering supplier invoices on a daily basis
- Assisting the sales department with day-to-day administration requirements
- Document scanning
- Mail distribution
- Greeting clients
- Other ad hoc duties
Personal Attributes
As our first line of contact you will ideally possess the following attributes:
- MYOB (or similar) accounting software experience (minimum of 2 years) is essential as you will need to hit the ground running. Please note that we will only be considering applicants with MYOB (or similar) software experience.
- Experience with Fresho (or a similar online ordering system) will be looked upon favourably.
- Be organised and be able to set and follow priorities.
- Ability to communicate and work as an enthusiastic team member and have commitment and loyalty to the team
- High competency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
- Use of common sense and ability to use initiative.
- To be self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail, telephone manner and communication skills.
- Teachable and willing to learn new skills.
- A "Can Do" attitude to consistently ensure the completion of the daily workload.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in working in administration within the food service industry or equivalent.
