Job Description:
As the Operations Manager your role would encompass various responsibilities related to company strategy, customer engagement, field service team management, staff coordination, and equipment maintenance.
We want someone who is as passionate about pumping and water as we are!
Role expectations you can anticipate:
Field Service Team Management:
- Exceptional leadership experience
- Supervise and lead the field service team, ensuring they have clear direction, goals, and objectives.
- Liaise between staff and management
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to the team members, assisting them in their professional growth.
- Implement and develop SOP's for clear team direction and milestones.
Staff Training and Certification:
- Ensure that all staff members possess the necessary certifications, licenses, and tickets required for their roles.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in their respective areas.
- Keep track of employees' training needs and provide opportunities for professional development.
Safety Protocol Enforcement:
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety protocols and procedures by conducting regular audits and inspections.
- Address any safety violations promptly and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Encourage a safety-conscious culture among employees through communication, training, and incentives.
Staff Scheduling and Coordination:
- Establish an organized and cooperative schedule for the field service team, considering workload, deadlines, and customer requirements.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources and proper coordination among team members.
- Address conflicts or issues that may arise within the team and foster a positive working atmosphere.
Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as executives, department heads, and other teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and industry events.
