About the role and team
We have an opportunity for an experienced Receptionist (Front of House Co-ordinator) to join our Perth office.
As the face of our Perth office, you will form part of our well-regarded Office Services team, providing an outstanding level of service and creating an exceptional first impression for our clients and our people.
The working hours for this role will be 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
You will be responsible for:
- Be the key point of contact for contractors and internal employees.
- Meet and greet clients, check-in clients and take refreshment orders.
- Prepare coffees and refreshment orders.
- Assist with catering requests.
- Co-ordinate room bookings in Outlook calendars.
- Proactively manage meeting rooms to ensure any room clashes are dealt with.
- Initiate Teams meetings through meeting room AV.
- Ensure meeting rooms are promptly serviced, cleared and reset.
- Stack and empty dishwashers.
- General housekeeping of reception and kitchen.
- Order and maintain kitchen supplies through FruitBox.
- Maintain access card records.
- Liaise with building management, security and concierge on access requirements.
- Assist with events and functions.
- Liaise with cleaners to ensure premises are kept clean and tidy.
- Place orders for gift hampers and flowers.
- Manage reception inbox and forward incoming emails to relevant people.
- Take telephone messages and email relevant people.
- Provide National Switchboard cover.
- Receive deliveries and notify appropriate people.
- Book couriers and assist with mail.
- 5 years' experience as a receptionist within a professional services environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and confident with new technology.
- Fantastic attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak times.
- Team player with a proactive and flexible approach.
- Positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn new skills and help wherever needed.
