An opportunity has arisen for a part time receptionist to work in both the Doctor's medical practice and The IV Room, three days a fortnight, every Thursday and once a fortnight on a Friday, with substantial annual leave relief opportunities. We are a small dedicated team that work really well together in positive environment. The Doctor provides high quality muscular skeletal care for spine and joint regeneration. The IV Room provides a range of intravenous therapies to a number of people who have been referred by a health care practitioner or doctor of found us on google.
Qualifications & experience
- Good interpersonal skills; Experience with eftpos machines; Attention to detail; Medical background in reception would be beneficial.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Billing and medicare rebates. Answering phones, booking a variety of appointments, answering emails. Balancing daily with MYOB, purchasing products,paying invoices, banking and filing. Contacting new patients, sms'ing patients.
