Peel Podiatry Clinic is seeking two receptionists to join our busy team from July. One full-time and one part-time (22 hours/week over 3 days).
The role include:
- providing a high quality first point of contact for all patients and customers
- maintain the day-to-day running of the front reception area
- managing appointment books
- managing incoming calls and patient enquiries
- general administration duties
- processing accounts
- updating records
- preparing instruments for sterilising
The successful candidate must have the following attributes:
- good customer service and computer skills
- high level of accuracy and attention to details
- ability to multi-task
- have a calm and considered demeanour when under pressure
- flexible to change with implementation of new procedures, documentation and workplace changes
- well-presented and have a strong work ethics
- reliable, respectful and friendly personality
- able to work unsupervised and effectively in a busy environment
