AddressProgrammed Skilled Workforce are currently looking for an enthusiastic receptionist to commence in a role with a large recreation facility that is based on the Gold Coast.
In this position you will be a key member of the team responsible for providing exemplary customer service to clients at the Precinct.
The role will require availability to work the following shifts:
POSITION 1
- Sunday & Monday - 7am - 3pm
- Tuesday - 12pm - 8pm
- Wednesday - 11:30am - 8pm
- Thursday - 12pm - 8pm
POSTITION 2
- Tuesday - Saturday -6am - 2pm
Please note these hours are subject to change pending operational requirements, so ultimately, we are looking for people with flexibility to adjust hours should this ever be required.
Duties and responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
- Providing high quality customer service through the provision of information, promoting the Precincts products and services, and making bookings
- Answering public enquiries about the Precinct and, if necessary, referring to the appropriate area for a response
- Administrative and reception duties including point of sale transactions
- Maintaining financial transactions, processes and records
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role (hospitality, tourism, reception)
- Proven ability to work both autonomously and as part of a coordinated team
- Positive Blue card (working with children) - will need to obtain prior to commencement if successful
- Current first aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Team player with a positive attitude
