About Aminya Centre
Aminya Centre offers a warm and welcoming place to call home in the north-western Sydney suburb of Baulkham Hills. This popular facility contains 119 general care rooms featuring ensuites and a café within a friendly, tight-knit community.
About the role
Aminya Centre are recruiting for a casual Receptionist to provide administrative support and strong customer service. Other duties will include general receptionist duties like taking phone calls, directing emails and assisting the admin team as required. You can develop genuine connections with the people you help. You must be comfortable wearing a face mask throughout the day.
About You
The successful applicant will be friendly and approachable, willing to help and open to trying something new
Previous experience in reception/office administration desirable
You are a team player, enjoy interacting with elderly people
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Great customer service with ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
