THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen to join our serviced office team in Wheelers Hill as a full-time receptionist, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO.
- Ensuring that internal and external clients are provided with superior Customer Service.
- Managing a busy switchboard and dealing with incoming and outgoing calls promptly and efficiently
- Proactively managing Customer Service queries via reception, email, and phone
- Meet and greet all clients and customers.
- Administrative and clerical support to a range of tenants
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Manage bookings for boardrooms and meeting rooms.
- Organise and set up catering for meetings and events.
- Ensure common areas and kitchens are always kept clean and tidy.
