We are looking for a full time receptionist for our tree lopping company.
You will be working from our home office which is located in Paradise Point from Monday to Friday, hours will be discussed upon interview
Duties include,
Answering calls, email enquires, scheduling appointments for various tree services around the Gold Coast and Brisbane areas.
Key responsibilities of this role includes of,
- Answering high volume amount of incoming calls
- Responding to emails
- Scheduling appointments
- Handling customer inquires and complaints
- Respond to all customers in a highly professional manner
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure
- A positive personality and sense of humour
Requirements for a successful applicant to have
- Minimum 1 years experience
- Be available Monday to Friday from 8am-4pm (available some Saturdays if possible )
- Social Media Skills
- Logistic Skills
- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
- English Well Spoken
