AddressA fantastic opportunity for a caring and motivated receptionist to join our specialist Paediatric Dentistry practice. This is a permanent part time position for 3 days per week. The successful receptionist will work with our current reception staff to provide exceptional administrative and reception support for our patients and their families.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills with parents and children
- Desire and commitment to providing the highest standard of patient and customer care
- Friendly, caring and passionate about children
- Professional and reliable with a positive attitude
- Exceptional verbal, written and computer skills
- Continuous attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and organisation skills
- Experience in Dental4Windows will be an advantage but not essential
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Ensure smooth day to day running of the front office
- Maintaining excellent patient and customer service
- Efficiently managing the appointment book, including appropriate clinic bookings and hospital theatre bookings
- Answering and making phone calls
- Processing claims and payments with HICAPS
- Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments for the practice
- Scheduling and coordinating patients for hospital theatre bookings at Calvary North Adelaide Hospital
- Corresponding and liaising with general dentists, specialist dentist and medical practitioners, through letters, emails and phone calls
