Levi's Electric's has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our growing team in the below duties!
A permanent part-time position, with 30hrs per week during school hours, is required for immediate start with Levi's Electric's
We are seeking an organised, friendly receptionist to join our team
Your day to day activities will see you involved in a variety of duties including (but not limited to)
- Answering calls and general enquiries
- Liaising with Management, Contractors & Suppliers with quotes
- Ensuring job cards are completed in a timely manner
- Liaise with team members in a professional and friendly manner
- Office admin duties
The successful applicant will need to have experience in the above criteria, and previous experience with XERO will be highly regarded. Must be able to work autonomously, have excellent time management skills, be able to work to deadlines, have high computer literacy. A Positive friendly attitude and a high attention to detail.
