Job description Proficiently use computers, printers, scanners, and other office equipment. Utilise various software applications for word processing, data entry, and spreadsheet management. Directing telephone callers to appropriate staff members. Relaying internal information accurately. Greeting visitors and clients professionally. Managing appointment schedules. Create, update, and maintain accurate records and databases. Ensure proper documentation and filing of records. Organise and file documents systematically. Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Record, pair, check, and batch invoices and orders. Resolve discrepancies in accounts and ensure accuracy. Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to resolve invoicing errors. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and purchase orders. Manage Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) documentation and correspondence. Assist in payroll processing by summing up hours worked by apprentices. Ensure accurate recording of hours and timely submission for payroll processing. Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels. Assist in organising company events, meetings, and conferences. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
