This is a unique and wonderful opportunity for a Receptionist / Office Manager to showcase their amazing customer service skills within a highly-regarded accounting practice located on St Kilda Road.You will work collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality services and support to the accountants and partners. The role will see you managing a busy reception, welcoming clients, and supporting the accountants to deliver quality support and service to their dynamic clientele base in Melbourne.
Your key duties in this role are, but are not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting clients in a courteous manner
- Liaising with the ATO via email and phone
- Managing ATO correspondences
- Liaising with ASIC and other external bodies
- Client database management
- Ensuring the reception and office areas are impeccable at all times
- Full time permanent role
