We are an established (and growing!) Psychology Practice and we’re on the lookout for a warm, friendly, and motivated receptionist to join the team.

About the role:
Our team of receptionists are the foundation of the business. You will work with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day running of our practices and you will work from both of our locations. Responsibilities include:
- Incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Answering phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Diary management for our team of clinicians
- Processing medicare, private health funds and other third-party billings
- Managing medical reports
- Promoting a positive and professional image of our clinics for our clients and clinicians
- Promoting a positive team culture
About you:
You will be passionate about the client experience and love working in a small team to get things done. If you have all or most of the below.. then we should talk!
- Outstanding level of customer service
- The ability to go the extra mile to create a ‘wow’ moment for our clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and task focus
- A friendly and positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong organisational skills and time management
- Knowledge and understanding of an allied health environment would be awesome but not essential.
