Job description

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, driven and enthusiastic person to join our busy office in Toowoomba.

THE ROLE
As the Receptionist/Sales Administrator, you will play a critical part in the operation of our Toowoomba office.  You will provide exceptional support to our Sales Team. If you thrive on working in a fast paced environment alongside positive, like-minded people who are passionate about real estate, this position is for you.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Process property sales files from listing through to settlement
  • Preparation of in house documentation, advertising, marketing and reporting
  • Arrange tax invoices/accounts for sales
  • Console Cloud and Database management
  • Using Databases to create and manage the window display
  • End of month reporting
  • Be proficient in Microsoft office, primarily Microsoft Excel
  • Work closely with the Directors
  • Sales administrative support
  • Liaise with clients, including Settlement agents
  • Calendar management
  • Preparation of documentation with internal and external stakeholders
  • General Sales Administration processes
  • Using Databases to upload properties on line
  • Internal Document Filing
  • Controlling the key system
  • Responding to emails
  • Answering telephone calls and communicating with internal and external clients
  • Manage the walk-in enquiries
  • Stocktaking stationery and kitchen supplied
  • Mail distribution
  • Ad hoc administration duties

The successful applicant will need to have a strong attention to detail, a passion for Real Estate and ideally have:

  • Experience preferred but not essential
  • Current Certificate of Registration
  • Microsoft Office – intermediate/advanced level
  • Knowledge of databases REX, Console Cloud, and Real Estate Databases are highly favourable
  • Be adaptable and willing to learn new systems and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail, be able to multi-task and be highly organised
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a passion for real estate
  • Corporately presented
