They require the services of a Receptionist / Sales Administrator to join their successful expanding agency in this unique role.
General Duties
You will be working alongside a team of 25 Professionals, providing day-to-day support in administration duties;

• General Reception duties, answering phones, directing calls, taking messages, walk-in clients, event preparation
• Contract preparation
• Preparing listing kits/presentations
• Marketing/social media – print and online
• Data entry
• Monday - Friday only
• Plus more!

The Successful Candidate

• Possess a QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Previous experience in sales and/or rentals
• Excellent computing skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding organisation and time management
• Ability to deliver high-end customer service to guests, owners, and tenants
