They require the services of a Receptionist / Sales Administrator to join their successful expanding agency in this unique role.
General Duties
You will be working alongside a team of 25 Professionals, providing day-to-day support in administration duties;
- General Reception duties, answering phones, directing calls, taking messages, walk-in clients, event preparation
- Contract preparation
- Preparing listing kits/presentations
- Marketing/social media – print and online
- Data entry
- Monday - Friday only

- Possess a QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Previous experience in sales and/or rentals
- Excellent computing skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding organisation and time management
- Ability to deliver high-end customer service to guests, owners, and tenants
