Colac Motor Group are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist and Service Advisor, do you have the presentation and customer service skills to be the face of our company?
The Colac Motor Group has an opportunity for a professional Receptionist and Service Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday).
Integral to this position will be managing the communication flow between our customers, suppliers and employees. The ideal person will have a natural ability to engage with people with a smile, consistently providing a friendly, helpful and professional experience to all contact points. Administration and processing functions is also part of this role and multitasking will be regular.
The key requirements for the role include:
- Previous reception/administration or Service Advisor experience in a similar professional environment.
- Superior telephone communications and customer service skills.
- Ability to pick up electronic and manual administrative systems quickly
- Excellent telephone systems skills
- Professional presentation
- Exposure to VicRoads registrations processes and Titan DMS software systems is an advantageous* (although not a necessity)
We require a person who is dedicated and reliable, with remuneration negotiable based on experience and the value you can bring to this position.
