We welcome a motivated and passionate Receptionist / Switchboard Operator to join our team in Head Office, based on St Kilda Road overlooking Albert Park.
This is a faced-paced role suited to someone who is comfortable in multi-tasking competing priorities in a calm and friendly manner.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls via digital call switchboard
- Answer, screen, forward phone calls and queries for the business
- Inbox management of the centralised mailbox
- Deliver assistance in a polite, clear, well-spoken and calm manner
- Perform routine office administrative duties
About you
- Friendly, welcoming and professional with exceptional telephone manners
- Well-presented and enjoys helping people, particularly those who may be distressed requiring supportive assistance
- Possess great written and verbal communication skills
- Works well independently and productively within a team environment
What you'll need
- 2 years’ experience in similar high-volume role
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- 2024 influenza vaccination
- Eligibility to work in Australia
