Our client is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist and Administration support officer to cover dates from the Monday the 15th to the Friday the 19th of July.
Working with a well supportive and highly regarded Commercial Property agency based in Claremont.
Looking for a Receptionist with a bright and upbeat personality who is a quick learner and shines on the front desk.
The Role:
- Greeting clients and directing front desk enquires
- Forwarding calls and taking messages
- Distribution of emails coming through to the office
- General administration duties
- Daily incoming and outgoing mail
- General housekeeping duties to keep the reception/office area presentable
- Previous experience working in real estate either as a receptionist is HIGHLY advantageous
- Professional presentation and vibrant personality
- Excellent verbal communication skills and personal skills
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office suite, Excel, and DocuSign
- Experience using Cirrus8 Software is highly desirable.
