Our client is seeking a professional temporary receptionist to join their team. A growing business that now requires additional support on reception for annual leave cover and project support. You will be the face of the company, liaising with clients and customers, Supporting leadership, Marketing and Human Resources projects. You will be provided training and support to get you settled in.
Length of assignment: 2-3 Months
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Key Requirements:
- Experience within a Reception/Administration position is highly. advantageous 1-2 years minimum.
- Demonstrated experience operating a busy switchboard/ scheduling
- Computer literate to intermediate level including (MS office suite & internet)
- Excellent communication skills – verbal & written.
- Ability to work within a high volume, team environment.
- Ability to multitask and take initiative when required.
- Open and curious about being involved with different projects.
- Managing Reception Desk
- Providing quality administrative assistance
- Large switchboard operation - transferring calls, providing messages to the appropriate staff member when required
- Liaising with clients and visitors and advising appropriate staff members on visitor arrival
- General data entry – updating system in regards to client files
- Scheduling and booking appointments
- Assisting on general administration needs for staff members
