Exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced, energetic, problem solver and self-motivated person for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant position to join our dynamic team and undertake this busy and varied job role.
- In-charge and maintain the upkeep of the Reception area
- General day to day administration and secretarial assistance
- Assist in Human Resources admin tasks relating to recruitment and on/offboarding
- Manage travel bookings (Flights/Accommodation)
- Maintenance of Car Fleet including registration and service maintenance
- Monitor inventory and purchase of office stationery and kitchen supplies
- Prepares company quarterly newsletter
- Maintains internal phone listings
- Mail Run & other errands
Experiences & Qualifications
- Attention to detail is a necessary aspect of the role
- Highly motivated and experienced individuals with the ability to work independently within a team with excellent analytical skills
- Strong work ethic in a very busy small team environment
- Great communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and handle pressure when required to do so is essential to being successful in the role
- Must have a valid driver licence
- Experience in HR admin role is an advantage
