Trilogy Physiotherapy is looking for an experienced Allied Health / Medical Receptionist who is keen to help clients from a variety of backgrounds.

Clinic:

Trilogy Physiotherapy is an innovative private practice clinic that was created out of a desire to do things differently. The owner is an experienced physiotherapist who prides himself on offering hyper personalised treatments to patients. This extreme dedication to providing better services has enabled the clinic to grow quickly.

The aim was to create something that is modern and comfortable for both the clients, practitioners and admin team.

Trilogy is located in Sinnamon Park, QLD just 14km from Brisbane CBD. With quick access to highways, shopping centres, gyms and medical centres.

The position:

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist who is keen to use their skills to help progress the clinic even further.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting clients
  • Answering phones
  • Booking appointments using our cloud based system (Nookal)
  • Ordering supplies and handling patients' special orders
  • Administrative duties
  • Settling accounts
  • EFTPOS/cash handling
  • Processing Medicare, DVA, Workcover and Private Health Claims
  • General cleaning of common areas
  • Converting leads to patients
  • Developing new policies and procedures as needed to help reception run smoother
  • Keeping up with correspondence from doctors, specialists and third party insurers
  • \*Potential to help with social media and marketing if interested

While training is provided, due to the autonomous nature of this position, we don't feel as though it is appropriate for someone with no reception experience at all.

Hours:

There is some room for negotiation on the hours but ideally we are looking for someone to be available between 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday.

Candidates for this position should have:

You should be able to work independently and have the ability to multi-task and problem solve.

You should also have full Australian work rights.
