Bubbly receptionist required for full time position in a professional, energetic IT Repairs Head Office. We need a dynamic, pro-active and organised person. Training will be provided for computer software usage and daily duties/ procedures. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced place as you should serve walk in customers and answer/divert lots of phones calls.
It is your responsibility to greet all visitors, guests, and staff, assist them with directions or any important information that they need while maintaining high level of professionalism.
Also as a receptionist, you will perform various Front Desk duties including registering in our software the devices for repairs, filing, handling and re-directing mail and assuming administrative authority for your responsibilities.
