Our client, a leading calibrations business, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join their team in Tingalpa. If you excel in customer service and thrive in a busy environment, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greeting and assisting customers
- Selling products directly to customers
- Raising and managing purchase orders
- Handling invoicing tasks
- Packaging and dispatching online orders
- Efficiently managing email and phone communications
- Coordinating with couriers for receiving and dispatching
- Addressing customer inquiries promptly
- Ordering stock and parts for the laboratory
- Scheduling service work for customers
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a reception or service desk role
- Proficiency in MYOB or XERO software
- A current driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment checks
