The Sanno Marracoonda Airport Hotel in Perth boasts 144 accommodation rooms, restaurant, pool and spacious grounds, operating 24/7. We are looking for a dynamic and career driven individual to join our professional Guest Services team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation, grooming and communication skills, previous Front Office experience essential - great numerical skills, time management and customer focus. Must be able to work night shift.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, our Guest Service Agent role is a key part of the daily hotel operations by maintaining a high level of customer service and processing front office procedures with attention to detail.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Guest / staff safety and security
- Consistently implement 1834 Hotels customer service vision
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, issuing room keys, processing charges and taking payment.
- Build relationships with colleagues, guests and internal residents
- Collaborate with our Housekeeping, Maintenance and Food & Beverage Departments
- Assist guests with all enquiries
- Emails
- Multitasking between answering the main telephone line and assisting guests
- Provide high level guest service and satisfaction
- Confident with guest issue resolution and problem solving
- Taking guest reservations
- Accurately allocate account postings
- Accurately balance cashiering totals from the day shift
- Auditing, reporting and balancing all hotel transactions for the day
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for customer service
- Excels at multi-tasking
- Approaches all tasks with a high attention to detail
- Is able to work autonomously
- Has previous experience using hotel management or accounting systems
- Has previous experience in a customer service based role
- Is an enthusiastic, but professional, effective communicator
You must be able to work across a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays. We anticipate 3-4 shifts per week available for the right candidate.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
