AddressMantra Bunbury is seeking a Casual Hotel Receptionist to Join the team.

As our next Team member, you will:
- Assist with Guest enquiries both face to face and over the phone.
- Be responsible for completing a wide variety of front office tasks, from selling the hotel’s facilities to taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts, assisting guests on Arrival, during their stay and up until their departure.
- Be willing to go the extra mile to provide great guest service.
- Be required to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide guests and visitors with local information from your vast array of knowledge of the local area.
- Flexible to assist in the restaurant as required by the needs of the business.
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience in hospitality & or customer service industry
- Experience using Protel an Advantage, however onsite training will be provided.
- Reliable team member
- People with a passion for providing quality guest service.
- Good communication and time management skills with a friendly personality
- Team players, that will be hands-on in order to see their team succeed.
- The flexibility to work at a variety of times.
- RSA – Preferable
